a. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, exit the terminal through【Door 8】, located opposite【Currency Exchange】on your right.(Pic 1)
b. After exiting the terminal, you will see the【Off-site Shuttle Transfers】sign. Follow the arrows and walk along the covered walkway to the shuttle pick-up point. Along the way, you will pass by the【Novotel Hotel】.(Pic 2 & 3)
c. Upon arriving at the【Off-site Shuttle Transfers】pick-up point, please contact us. We will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to our branch for vehicle collection. Simply cross the pedestrian crossing and wait on either side of the third lane. (Pic 4 & 5)
TIPS:This area is designated for rental car company pickups.

The staff will inform you of the car's license plate number by phone. At this point, you just need to wait patiently for the staff to pick you up.
