International Arrival Car Pickup

1. Notify the Staff

a. After collecting your luggage, and completing customs declaration, please call us immediately.

b. Service Hotline: 09 600 6660, select Auckland branch.

TIPS: Free WiFi is available at the airport.



2. Proceed to the Designated Pickup Location

After clearing customs, turn right and exit through door 5 of the terminal. Follow the signs and the map below to the Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles area, lanes 5 or 6.

TIPS:This area is designated for rental car company pickups.

b. Exit through door 5.

c. After the crossing, turn right for 20 meters, then left.

d. Go straight after passing through this passage.

e. Continue straight along the barrier.

f. Turn right at the end, go straight after crossing the pedestrian crossing.

g. You will see another pedestrian crossing on the left.

h. Cross the pedestrian crossing and go through the passage.

i. You have arrived at the pickup area.

j. Wait at lane 4/5.

3. Wait for the Staff

The staff will inform you of the car's license plate number by phone. At this point, you just need to wait patiently for the staff to pick you up.

Domestic Arrival Car Pickup

1. Notify the Staff

a. After collecting your luggage, please call immediately.

a. After collecting your luggage, head towards the dining area inside the terminal.

b. About 50 meters past McDonald's, you will see the Jetstar counter.

c. Exit through door 7 opposite the counter.

3. Wait for the Staff

The staff will inform you of the car's license plate number by phone. At this point, you just need to wait patiently for the staff to pick you up.

Car Return

1. Return Location Address:

MIC Rentals Auckland Airport Branch: 27 Aintree Avenue, Māngere, Auckland.

Drive into the lane shown on the left image, and after about 20 meters, you will see the Auckland branch as shown in the right image.


2. Return Notes：

a. Refuel before returning:
Please refuel within 5 km of the return location and keep the receipt to show the staff. If the tank is not full, the staff can assist in refueling, with the fuel cost and an additional NZD 25 refueling fee.

b. Keep the vehicle interior clean:
No eating, smoking, or pets allowed inside the vehicle. Please dispose of any trash at the gas station. If the vehicle is excessively dirty inside or there are food/beverage spills, a cleaning fee of NZD 50-200 will be charged depending on the cleaning time required.

c. Any fines or toll fees incurred:
Any fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer. If payment is required on your behalf, a service fee of NZD 25 will be charged.

d. Phone holder and data cables:
These are provided for your use by the rental company. If damaged or lost, compensation will be required.

TIPS: The Auckland branch return location is about 8-10 minutes by car from the airport. It is recommended to return the car at least 1.5 hours before domestic flights and at least 2.5 hours before international flights.
